Scheduled Appointments
For your initial appointment, please expect to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete any necessary intake paperwork.

SIMPLY COUNSELING, LLC takes special care to understand the unique needs of each of our clients to design custom solutions that exceed expectations. Our attentive staff makes every effort to ensure you are 100% satisfied.  The following information will assist you with help us meet your needs and expectations.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you will not be able to attend a scheduled appointment, we require a notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior.  If you fail to cancel your appointment according to this policy, you will be responsible for 50% of the rate of your scheduled appointment, as indicated in your intake package.
Release of Information
The particulars of all therapy sessions are confidential in nature, including client records.  Please be advised that client information will not be released without written consent from either the client or the client's legal guardian.
Payment Information
Cash, check, and credit card are all acceptable forms of payment.

Note:  Convenient payment plans are also available for psychological testing on a case by case basis.   Please feel free to contact Simply Counseling, LLC, for pricing information.

Simply Counseling is currently accepting private insurance from the following companies:
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
United Behavioral Health

We are currently working to finalize the credentialing process with other insurance companies.
